Preparation steps
Remove from heat and vigorously mix in the flour. Stir until a smooth ball of dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
Heat the oil to 180°C. Squeeze 10cm strips of dough directly into the oil and fry until golden.
Drain on paper and coat in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Chop the chocolate and melt it in milk with cornstarch, stirring until thickened.
