  • White sugar 200 g
  • Wheat flour type 500 300 g
  • Butter 150 g
  • Baking powder 10 g
  • 18% cream 200 ml
  • Chicken egg 0.1 szt.

Preparation steps

Prepare the base: mix the flour with the butter, sugar, and baking powder.

Knead the dough, roll it out, and transfer it to the mold.

Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or blender.

Mix with sugar, eggs, cream, and vanilla sugar.

Pour the cheese mixture onto the bottom.

Bake for 60 minutes at 170°C.

Leave to cool in the oven.
