White chocolate for coating

🌱 Vegetarian

Description

White chocolate for coating is a creamy, light-cream product with a sweet, buttery flavor and distinct notes of vanilla, along with a delicate, silky texture when melted. It creates a shiny, smooth coating perfect for decorating cakes, drizzling over cookies, coating truffles and fillings, as well as for shaping decorations and decorative dips with fruits or nuts. Nutritionally, it is an energy-dense product, rich in fats from cocoa butter and sugars; it also contains proteins and calcium from the addition of milk, but has fewer antioxidants than dark chocolate, so it is best consumed in moderation. It should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from strong odors and light, preferably in an airtight container at a constant temperature of around 15–18°C; if refrigerated, avoid condensation by allowing it to come to room temperature before opening.
