Description
Choose a firm musky pumpkin or hokkaido with intense orange flesh. Hokkaido does not require peeling (if you are using hokkaido, the skin is edible) — however, for this recipe, I recommend peeling the pumpkin for a uniform texture. Rich in beta-carotene and fiber.
