In 100 ml, it contains about 64 kcal, approximately 3.3 g of protein, 3.2 g of fat, and 4.8 g of lactose, also providing calcium (about 120 mg), phosphorus, and B vitamins; it can also be fortified with vitamin D. Regular consumption supports muscle recovery and bone health, although individuals with lactose intolerance or milk protein allergies should exercise caution.
