Description

Hard-boiled chicken eggs have a delicate, slightly creamy flavor; the white is firm and almost odorless, while the yolk has a more intense, buttery taste and a color ranging from light yellow to orange, depending on the hen's diet. Their aesthetic cross-section makes them a great addition as a snack, in salads, sandwiches, egg spreads, or traditional breakfast and party dishes.
