Description

Greek yogurt is thick, creamy, and slightly tangy, with a snow-white color and a velvety texture that adds richness to dishes without overpowering flavor. Full-fat versions are creamier and more filling, while fat-free ones have a more pronounced, fresh taste. For people with lactose intolerance, it is often better tolerated than milk due to the partial removal of whey.
