Koperek do dekoracji
Description
Dill for decoration consists of delicate, light green fronds with a soft, feathery texture and a fresh, slightly anise-citrusy aroma that adds a subtle freshness to dishes without overpowering the flavor. As a garnish, it enhances the appearance of meals, giving them an elegant, natural touch. Dill is low in calories and provides vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folic acid and minerals such as iron and calcium. It contains antioxidants and compounds with anti-inflammatory and digestive-supporting properties. It is most commonly used with fish and seafood, cold sauces and dips, cottage cheese, soups, salads, eggs, and potatoes, where it works well both as a decoration and an aromatic addition. To maintain freshness, do not wash dill before storing; wrap it in a damp paper towel and keep it in the refrigerator in an airtight container or bag. It can also be finely chopped and frozen in oil cubes or dried for longer storage.
