Description
Milk 3.2% is classic, creamy milk with a snow-white color and a slightly sweet, milky taste with a velvety consistency due to its fat content. In 100 ml, there are about 60–70 kcal, around 3.2 g of fat, 3–3.5 g of protein, and 4.5–5 g of carbohydrates (lactose), as well as calcium, B vitamins, and vitamin A; some products are additionally fortified with vitamin D. Regular consumption supports bone health, provides high-quality protein, and contributes to a feeling of fullness, although individuals with lactose intolerance should exercise caution. In the kitchen, milk 3.2% is versatile: for coffee, cereals, sauces, cream soups, baking, and desserts, adding creaminess and stability during cooking. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0–4°C, in its original, sealed packaging; after opening, it is best consumed within 3–5 days, avoiding contact with contaminants, and freezing is not recommended due to changes in texture.
