Description

Coriander seeds are small, round balls about 2–3 mm in diameter, usually ranging in color from yellowish-brown to golden. The flavor is complex: subtly citrusy and fresh with a hint of spice and a slightly nutty, sweet finish. The aroma is particularly released after toasting or crushing.
