Yellow curry pasta
Description
Yellow curry paste is a thick, intensely yellow mixture with an aromatic, slightly spicy, and savory flavor featuring distinct notes of turmeric, coriander, cumin, ginger or galangal, as well as garlic and lime. Its creamy consistency comes from the addition of oil and spice paste, while its color is eye-catching and enhances dishes. Nutritionally, the paste is low in calories and rich in bioactive compounds found in spices, such as curcumin with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, as well as compounds that support digestion and immunity.
