30% cream (for caramel)

🌱 Vegetarian

Description

30% cream (for caramel) has a rich, creamy flavor and a silky, light cream texture that, when heated, creates a smooth, glossy structure perfect for caramel. Due to its high fat content, it produces velvety, full-bodied sauces and fillings. It is a source of energy and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D), as well as saturated fatty acids, so it is advisable to use it in moderation as an ingredient that adds richness and calories to dishes. 30% cream is excellent for making caramel, ganache, dessert sauces, creams, cream soups, and ice creams, as well as for enriching coffee or chocolate. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0–4°C in its original, tightly sealed packaging; use within 3–4 days after opening. It can be frozen, but after thawing it may separate slightly, so it's a good idea to mix or briefly heat it before use.
