Description
30% cream (sweet cream) is a thick, creamy product with a fat content of about 30%, featuring a velvety, light cream color and a mildly sweet, rich dairy aroma. It has a smooth consistency, whips well, creating a stable foam, and at the same time adds a silky texture and richness of flavor to dishes. It works great for both cold and hot desserts, whipped cream, creams, sauces, cream soups, risottos, pasta in cream sauce, coffee, and as a base for ice cream and ganache. Nutritionally, 30% cream is high in calories and rich in saturated fats, providing fat-soluble vitamins (A, D) as well as small amounts of protein and calcium; in moderate amounts, it can support satiety and the absorption of vitamins, but it should be consumed in moderation. Store in the refrigerator at a temperature of 0–4°C, preferably in the original packaging or a closed container; once opened, use within 3–5 days. For whipping, the cream should be well chilled; freezing is possible for further cooking, but it may change the texture.
