Description

Oyster mushrooms in brine are delicate, meaty mushrooms with a subtle, slightly nutty and umami flavor; in brine, they gain a pleasant acidic-salty note. They resemble flat, fan-shaped caps in shades of gray-beige, often sliced into strips and submerged in a clear or spiced marinade.
