Description

Napa cabbage is a long, compact head with light green, delicate leaves and broad, white veins; it has a crunchy, juicy texture and a mild, slightly sweet flavor without intense bitterness. It is low in calories and rich in water, fiber, and vitamins C, K, and folic acid, as well as containing minerals such as potassium. Regular consumption supports digestion, hydration, and immunity, and thanks to vitamin K, it contributes to bone health.
