Rapeseed oil for frying
Description
Rapeseed oil for frying has a mild, almost neutral flavor and a clear, light golden color that does not overpower dishes and allows their natural aromas to shine through. It is a source of monounsaturated fatty acids and significant amounts of alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), also contains vitamin E, and is characterized by low saturated fat content, which supports a healthy lipid profile and heart health when used in moderation. Due to its high smoke point and stability during heat treatment, it is perfect for frying, deep frying, baking, and stewing, as well as serving as a base for sauces and marinades when a neutral fat is needed. Store in a tightly closed bottle, in a cool, dark place away from heat sources; avoid prolonged exposure to light and air, and use within a few months of opening.
