Description

Cocoa is a fine, dark brown powder with an intense, bitter chocolate flavor and a characteristic aroma, which can have nutty or fruity notes depending on the origin and roasting level of the beans. Natural cocoa is more acidic and pronounced, while processed alkalized (Dutch) cocoa is milder and darker.
