Wash the mango under running water. Place the mango on a cutting board vertically, feeling for the longer side of the pit. With a sharp knife, cut off the "cheeks" on both sides of the pit — position the knife about 1 cm from the center and cut away the flesh. The remaining part with the pit can be scraped to utilize more fruit. After cutting off the cheeks, press the skin of one piece outward so that the flesh protrudes (like a "grid"), score the grid horizontally and vertically (note: do not cut through the skin), and then scoop out the diced cubes into a bowl with a spoon. You should get about 250–300 g of flesh from one large mango.

Preparation steps
Preparing the fruits
Peel the bananas: cut the banana in half lengthwise or into 3–4 pieces, depending on the height of the blender cup. If the bananas are very ripe and soft, you can cut them into smaller pieces by hand to make it easier to blend with the yogurt.
Preparation of liquids and additions
Pour 100 ml of milk into a measuring cup and add 150 g of Greek yogurt. Squeeze about 15 ml of lime juice (half a small lime). If you want to add honey, prepare 15 g (1 tablespoon). If you are using ice, prepare about 100 g of ice cubes.
Blending
Place the chopped mango and banana pieces into the blender jar. Add Greek yogurt, milk, and lime juice. If you want a sweeter smoothie, add honey. If you want a chilled drink, add ice cubes. Start blending on low speed for 10–15 seconds to break up larger pieces, then increase to high speed and blend for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stop blending and use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the jar if anything sticks, and blend for another 10–15 seconds. Proper blending: there should be no large chunks of mango or banana, the consistency should resemble a thick cream or liquid pudding depending on the amount of milk.
Taste and texture adjustment
Try the smoothie with a spoon. If it's too thick — add 15 ml of milk and mix for 5–10 seconds. If it's too sour — sweeten with 1/2 tablespoon of honey (7.5 g) and stir briefly. If you prefer it even cooler or thinner, add more ice or milk as desired.
Serving
Pour the smoothie into two chilled glasses (about 300–350 ml each). On top, you can sprinkle 5 g of chia seeds (optional) or place a thin slice of mango on the rim of the glass as a decoration. Serve immediately, preferably with a thick straw or a spoon.
Cleaning
Immediately after serving, rinse the blender jar with warm water to easily remove any leftover fruit and yogurt. Disassemble the parts (depending on the model) and wash them in warm water with dish soap or in the dishwasher if the manufacturer allows it.
Fun Fact
Mango originates from South Asia and has been called the "king of fruits" for centuries. In many cultures, mango symbolizes love and fertility, making it a great choice for Valentine's Day.

Tips
Serve chilled, preferably immediately after preparation. To give it a Valentine's character, use two identical glasses and decorate with a slice of mango and a few chia seeds or a mint leaf. You can serve with almond cookies as a light accompaniment.
Smoothie is best consumed immediately; store in the fridge for up to 24 hours in a tightly sealed container. Before serving again, stir or briefly blend, as natural separation may occur. Freezing after adding yogurt is not recommended, as the texture may change.
